Important limitation

This is not a safe-food list

Since food is prepared on one serving line, MOD Pizza cannot guarantee that any menu item is free of allergens or gluten. None of the crust options are recommended for people with a gluten sensitivity.

Do not treat an unmarked cell as proof that an allergen is absent. Confirm current needs with your local restaurant and a qualified medical professional.

Marker-reading guide

How to read the MOD Pizza allergen matrix without making absence assumptions

The searchable matrices above preserve the ingredient text and marker states published in the dated official table. Use them to find an item, inspect a specific allergen column, and distinguish a contains marker from an equipment-processing marker. An unmarked cell means only that the captured official cell shows no marker; it does not prove that an allergen is absent and does not turn the item into an allergen-free or safe choice.

Reference scope

This page reports published markers, not a safe-food list

The local reference was normalized cell-by-cell from the rendered official MOD Pizza allergen page. Each item keeps its category, source-order name, full published ingredient text, and nine ordered marker states. The allowed states are contains, equipment, and none. Ingredient words are never used to create or override a marker because the official table cell is the source contract.

That distinction matters when the evidence looks incomplete. A product can have no marker in one column while still being prepared on the same serving line as other foods. Suppliers, substitutions, recipes, tools, employee handling, and restaurant conditions can also change after a dated page capture. The matrix is useful for finding what the official page published, but it cannot establish the absence of an allergen or guarantee an individual outcome.

Since food is prepared on one serving line, MOD Pizza cannot guarantee that any menu item is free of allergens or gluten. None of the crust options are recommended for people with a gluten sensitivity. Those official limitations remain more important than any attempt to build a “safe” list from neutral cells.

Search published evidence

How to use the MOD Pizza allergen filters

The filters identify rows with published markers; they do not identify rows that are medically suitable.

  1. Search the item or ingredient text.Enter a product, component, or ingredient phrase such as pesto, chicken, soybean oil, lemonade, cheese, or crust. The search checks server-rendered item names and ingredient text without changing the underlying states.
  2. Narrow by menu category.Choose one of the ten source categories when a broad ingredient term returns too many results. Categories preserve the official organization and help distinguish crusts, sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables, dressings, beverages, and desserts.
  3. Select an allergen column.Choose Milk, Eggs, Wheat / Gluten, Crustacean Shellfish, Fish, Soybean, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, or Sesame to show rows with a published marker in that specific column.
  4. Choose the marker type when needed.Use Contains marker or Equipment marker to narrow the selected column. Clear conflicting filters before interpreting a zero-result screen; no result from a query is not evidence that an item is free from an allergen.

Three-state contract

What contains, equipment, and no marker published mean

Every cell is stored in exactly one state so the page can preserve the dated official table without filling gaps by inference.

Contains marker

A filled contains marker means the official table cell marks that allergen as contained for the listed item. It is the strongest positive marker represented by this dataset. It still does not describe every preparation condition, supplier change, substitution, or cross-contact path.

Equipment marker

An outlined equipment marker preserves the official processing note: Processed on equipment that also processes products that may contain tree nuts or peanuts. The state is separate from contains so visitors can filter the two published meanings without collapsing them.

No marker published

A neutral dash means that no marker appears in that cell of the dated official table. It is not a claim that the allergen is absent, not an allergen-free designation, and not a guarantee against cross-contact. The page intentionally uses neutral language for this state.

Nine published columns

How the MOD Pizza allergen columns are grouped

The matrix covers Milk, Eggs, Wheat / Gluten, Crustacean Shellfish, Fish, Soybean, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame.

Dairy and egg

Milk and Eggs appear together in the visual header to make adjacent scanning easier. A marker remains specific to its own column; a Milk marker does not automatically describe Eggs, and ingredient wording does not replace the cell state.

Wheat and gluten

Wheat / Gluten has its own grouped column. The official crust warning remains visible because a neutral marker cell cannot override the statement that no crust option is recommended for people with gluten sensitivity.

Seafood

Crustacean Shellfish and Fish are separate columns under the Seafood group. Treat each published marker independently and keep the shared-line limitation in view even when one of the dated cells is unmarked.

Soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame

These four plant-related columns are grouped for scanning, but each has a distinct state. Equipment notes in the source specifically refer to processing equipment that may also handle tree nuts or peanuts; the page preserves that wording rather than generalizing it.

Items and ingredients

How categories and ingredient text support the marker matrix

The source categories are Crust, Sauce, Cheese, Meat, Veggies & Good Stuff, Finishing Sauce, Salad Dressing, More Stuff, Beverage, Desserts.

Crusts, sauces, and cheeses

These categories describe foundational menu components. Ingredient text helps visitors locate a product and understand the captured label, while the nine table cells remain the only source for the normalized marker states.

Meats and other toppings

Meat and Veggies & Good Stuff contain many individual components. Search can find an ingredient phrase inside those rows, but a word match is not a new allergen classification and never changes a neutral or marked cell.

Finishing sauces and dressings

Finishing Sauce and Salad Dressing appear separately because the source treats them as distinct categories. A planned salad or pizza may include a dressing or finish in addition to the main item, so review every relevant component rather than only a finished product name.

More items, beverages, and desserts

Sides, add-ons, drinks, and desserts can be part of the same order and have their own source rows. Beverage availability and ingredients may vary by restaurant, which is another reason to verify current details locally.

Ingredient text is a search aid

The page publishes ingredient text because it is valuable context and makes full-text search possible. It is not used as an inference engine. If a word appears in ingredients but the official cell has no marker, the normalized state remains none.

Rows are component references

Many entries represent individual menu components rather than a complete custom pizza or meal. Review the components actually involved in an order and use the restaurant’s current guidance instead of assuming one row describes every combined preparation.

Evidence boundaries

Why the page does not infer allergen states from ingredients

Marker cells and ingredient text are two source fields with different purposes; combining them into invented states would change the official record.

What the dataset preserves

The normalizer reads the rendered cell classes and stores contains, equipment, or none for all nine ordered allergen IDs. It also preserves source ingredient text, category order, warnings, retrieval date, and aggregate counts. Validation fails closed if the row, state, order, or count contract changes unexpectedly.

What the dataset cannot establish

The snapshot cannot verify future recipe updates, local substitutions, supplier changes, staff handling, surface cleaning, shared tools, airborne exposure, or an individual’s reaction risk. It therefore cannot convert an unmarked cell into a statement of absence or recommend an item as safe.

Preparation and cross-contact

Keep the shared serving line and crust warning in every decision

Table markers do not describe the full restaurant environment.

One serving line

Since food is prepared on one serving line, MOD Pizza cannot guarantee that any menu item is free of allergens or gluten. That statement applies across the matrix and should not be weakened by a row with many neutral cells.

Crust limitation

None of the crust options are recommended for people with a gluten sensitivity. The warning is preserved directly because Wheat / Gluten marker scanning alone cannot answer questions about gluten sensitivity or cross-contact.

Current local verification

Check with your local restaurant for the most up-to-date allergen information. Discuss current ingredients and preparation with the restaurant and seek qualified medical guidance when an allergy or medical condition affects the order.

Use the reference pages together

These tools provide different kinds of dated information; none replaces current official and restaurant guidance.

Source method and freshness

How this MOD Pizza allergen reference is sourced

The page uses MOD Pizza official allergen information captured on 2026-07-14; the source states it was updated June 2026. The normalizer reads rendered table cells, validates all nine states per item, and confirms the category, row, contains-marker, and equipment-marker counts before publication.

This independent reference is general information, not medical advice. Ingredients, markers, suppliers, and restaurant practices can change after the capture date. Use the official source and local restaurant for current information.
